Dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm (UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
All Shui Me products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Free UK Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £60. This will automatically be applied at checkout when your order qualifies. Free delivery is sent using our Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
UK Delivery
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked services.

Delivery times are estimated by Royal Mail and begin once your order has been dispatched.
International Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
International delivery may be considered by prior arrangement. If you are outside the UK and are seriously interested in placing an order, please contact us before ordering.
Any overseas order may be subject to import VAT, customs duty, or local handling fees in the destination country.
Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- items must be unused and unopened
- items must be returned in their original packaging
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
